Hello, Привет, and welcome to my (mostly) organic & cruelty-free beauty blog, curious friend.

Beauty in all it's forms has always fascinated me, so it wasn't hard for me to be inspired to discover more about it and all the aspects that form the dominating industry. What causes a product to foam, how does this chemical effect the composition and skin? I also knew I wanted transparency about where & how my products were being made. After all, beauty isn't worth our world.

Soon, I was consumed with documentaries, articles, anything I could get my hands on explaining make-up beyond the packaging. It was a difficult journey, as I learnt drug store make-up was often far more affordable & accessible than their conscious counterparts.  

 

The benefits from organic & sustainable beauty start from the inside - knowing you are supporting a better future, a better now. Brands will listen if consumers lead by example, and that's all I'm really trying to encourage here.

Simply put, one day I decided our home & the communities within it would always be more important than commercial "beauty" even if affordable & popular  - the people who make our products, the animals that are tested on, our Earth; all deserve a beautiful life & future first, and since we have alternatives, it's a no brainer. Let me explore with you here.
